Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Plumbing Dispatcher located in Nashville, TN. The Plumbing Dispatcher will be responsible for managing and coordinating the schedules of plumbing technicians, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery. This role involves handling customer inquiries, dispatching technicians to job sites, maintaining accurate records, assisting with parts and equipment inventory, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards. The Plumbing Dispatcher will work closely with the service team to optimize operations and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficiency in using dispatch and scheduling software (Service Titan/Field Edge knowledge is a plus)
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing services and terminology is preferred

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in a related field is a plus
