Five Star Bath Solutions is expanding rapidly into Pinellas and Hillsborough counties, and we’re looking for an experienced bathroom remodeler to take charge of installation and over time, production. Duties
Install directly in the home – Lead by example and be the top installer
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performance installation team (over time)
Execute a proven installation system – No guesswork, just results
Drive accountability and push your team to hit revenue goals
Pay Weekly Per completed job
Who we're looking for:
Remodeling, construction & light plumbing experience, with a focus in bathroom remodeling and/or Acrylic bath systems. Must provide photos of your prior projects
Experience with Tub-to-Shower and general bathroom conversions preferred

Who we're looking for:
Remodeling, construction & light plumbing experience, with a focus in bathroom remodeling and/or Acrylic bath systems. Must provide photos of your prior projects
Experience with Tub-to-Shower and general bathroom conversions preferred
Specific requirements:
- Install and remodel residential bathrooms, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to design specifications.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and install on-site in Connecticut
- Must own a pick-up truck or mid-height van
- Pick up materials from the warehouse, transport them to customer's site, and complete installations on time and efficiently.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while working in customers’ homes, treating customers and their property with respect and care.
- Utilize hand and power tools safely and effectively for various tasks, including carpentry and plumbing.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Experience with the following is a plus: (1) Carpentry, (2) Ceramic tile, (3) Floor coverings, (4) Light plumbing, and (5) General remodeling
