Job Summary: On-Call Security Guard
We are currently seeking a professional and dependable On-Call Security Guard to support our team on an as-needed basis. This role is ideal for individuals who are flexible, reliable, and committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment during variable shifts. As an on-call team member, you will play a critical role in protecting our premises, assets, and personnel by responding to security needs when scheduled or during emergencies.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct patrols of the premises and maintain a strong security presence during assigned shifts
· Monitor building access points to ensure entry is restricted to authorized individuals
· Respond promptly to calls for assistance or incidents as needed
· Identify and remove trespassers or individuals engaging in unauthorized activity
· Monitor and operate surveillance systems and report any irregularities
· Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
· Accurately document daily activities and security incidents in detailed reports
Qualifications and Skills
· Prior experience as a Security Guard or in a related field is preferred
· Solid understanding of public safety practices and emergency response protocols
· Ability to work independently and maintain professional composure during high-pressure situations
· Strong observational skills and attention to detail
· Excellent written communication skills; must be able to produce clear, concise incident reports
· Proficient with surveillance and access control equipment
· High level of integrity, reliability, and professionalism
· Flexible availability for varying hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays on short notice

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
