Sales Assistant – Detail-Oriented, Reliable, and Team-Focused

What You’ll Do
· Respond to incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and web forms
· Prepare quotes and track opportunities in our CRM (training provided)
· Set up new accounts and assist with onboarding tasks
· Help customers with scheduling, questions, and basic service requests
· Coordinate internally to keep sales, service, and dispatch in sync
· Maintain documentation and records with precision
