As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a licensed Plumber with 3+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. Job Responsibilities:

- Perform plumbing services and repairs.
- Plan and execute all necessary steps for installing, maintaining, repairing, and servicing water and drain systems.
- Troubleshoot system malfunctions, interruptions, and failures efficiently.
- Adhere to the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Accurately document and manage billing and invoicing.
- Ensure complete customer satisfaction from start to finish.
- Present yourself professionally and knowledgeably to earn referrals and repeat business.
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and a well-stocked company truck.
Key Qualifications:
- Massachusetts plumbing license required.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in plumbing.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in using plumbing and HVAC software for job management, invoicing, and record keeping.
- Highly organized and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and ability to maintain it.
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background check.
- Willingness to work with and learn HVAC systems.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift heavy materials.
- Frequent bending, stooping, crouching, and kneeling are required.
- Willingness to work on job sites in all weather conditions.
On-Call Requirements:
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergencies and weekends.
