As an Installation Support Tech, you will play a crucial role in our commitment to delivering exceptional, quality service to our clients. This position requires a blend of technical skills and customer service excellence, as you will be representing our brand in customers' homes or businesses. You will also demonstrate a keen eye for detail and an ability to troubleshoot any installation issues that may arise.

Responsibilities
  • Adeptly utilize sales software to confirm project needs, contact customers, log measurements, track orders and process payments. 
  • Install a variety of window treatments including blinds, shades, drapery and shutters in residential and commercial spaces.
  • Handle and transport materials and products in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any installation issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain an organized inventory of installation tools and equipment. 
  • Clearly and consistently communicate with our team and clients to schedule and/or confirm installations.

Requirements
  • Relevant skillset in home improvement, repairs, maintenance, or specialized construction is required.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude, familiarity with common hand and power tools.
  • Excellent customer service skills to interact effectively with clients.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including installation manuals and sales software.
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds
  • Valid driver's license to travel to installation sites.
  • Ability to drive work van`
  • Flexibility to work varying hours, including some evenings or weekends as needed.
  • Motivated to be a collaborative team member

Opportunities are available to advance to installation lead, manager and supervisor roles with experience. Opportunity to advance from $18/hr to salary option after 90 days. 
Compensation: $18.00 per hour
