Job Title: BDC Representative – Jim Riehl’s Friendly Auto Group
Location: Warren, MI
Hours: Monday & Thursday: 8:30 AM – 8:00 PM | Tuesday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM | Two Saturdays per month

Position Overview:
Jim Riehl's Friendly Auto Group is looking for an enthusiastic and driven BDC Representative to join our team! In this role, you will primarily respond to internet leads using phone, text, and email to bring customers into our dealership. You'll also have the opportunity to support various store functions, including showroom follow-up, lease retention, driving CSI scores, phone inquiry follow-up, and acquisitions.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to internet leads and schedule appointments using phone, text, and email
- Support showroom follow-up and lease retention efforts
- Help drive CSI scores and customer satisfaction
- Handle phone inquiries and assist with acquisitions
- Occasional travel to other store locations
Qualifications:
- Previous automotive BDC experience is helpful but not required
- Must be willing to work as a team and independently
- Highly coachable with a desire to learn and grow in the automotive sales industry
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours, including until 8 PM on Mondays and Thursdays and two Saturdays per month
Compensation:
- Hourly rate plus commissions and a monthly bonus
