Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Event Specialist / Sales Representative to join our dynamic event rentals team. In this role, you will assist clients in bringing their event visions to life — from intimate gatherings to large-scale celebrations. You will guide clients through our showroom, offering expert recommendations on everything from chairs, linens, tableware, flatware, tents, and draping solutions. Your creativity and attention to detail will help ensure every event is a success.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and provide personalized assistance in selecting rental items that match their event vision and style.
- Conduct showroom tours, helping clients visualize their event setup.
- Provide guidance on the selection and design of:
- Chairs and seating arrangements
- Linens and table coverings
- Tableware and flatware
- Tenting and draping requirements
- Collaborate with clients to create mood boards or mockups as needed.
- Prepare accurate rental quotes and proposals.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom.
- Foster long-term client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up.
- Stay informed about current event trends and product offerings.
- Coordinate closely with the operations team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
- Attend occasional industry events or networking opportunities on behalf of the company.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the events industry (preferred), OR a strong desire to learn and grow in the field.
- Background in sales, customer service, or hospitality is a plus.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (CRM, email, inventory systems).

Compensation: $19.00 per hour
