We’re currently seeking a skilled, enthusiastic, and licensed Manicuring Instructor to join our team and help aspiring nail technicians thrive in their careers.
Responsibilities:
- Teach and mentor students in all areas of manicuring, including nail care, nail art, sanitation, and state board preparation
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans in line with California State Board requirements
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain a positive and professional classroom environment
- Ensure compliance with all school policies and state regulations
- Stay current on industry trends and techniques to bring fresh insights to the classroom
Qualifications:
- Current California Manicuring License or Cosmetology License
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the nail industry
- Prior teaching or training experience strongly preferred
- Passion for education and student success
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire students of all backgrounds

Compensation: $23.00 per hour
