We are a family-owned and operated breakfast and lunch restaurant dedicated to providing exceptional hospitality and delicious, comforting meals. With a warm, welcoming atmosphere, we pride ourselves on creating a sense of community for both our guests and our staff. We’re open daily until 3 PM—meaning our team is typically out the door by 4 PM, giving you your evenings free!

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced and personable Server to join our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a fast-casual dining environment and a passion for providing top-tier customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive

  • Accurately take food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system

  • Memorize and confidently describe menu items, daily specials, and upsell when appropriate

  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and fellow team members

  • Ensure tables are properly set, maintained, and cleaned

  • Deliver food and beverages promptly and check in regularly with guests

  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area

  • Handle guest concerns and complaints with professionalism and courtesy

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of serving experience in a fast-casual or casual dining setting

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • High level of energy and stamina; able to remain on feet for extended periods

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

  • Familiarity with POS systems (Toast, Square, etc.)

  • Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Weekend availability is mandatory
