Launch Entertainment Park is hiring a dedicated and energetic Shift Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure a consistently safe, clean, and memorable guest experience. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high standards in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and support team members in creating an engaging, guest-focused environment
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to all safety and cleanliness protocols
- Coach, train, and motivate staff to provide exceptional service and maintain a positive work culture
- Respond to guest concerns professionally and resolve issues efficiently
- Monitor park activity and make real-time decisions to maintain smooth and safe operations
- Support cash handling, membership promotions, and upselling opportunities to enhance the guest experience
Qualifications:
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a high-volume, guest-facing environment
- Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and perform well under pressure
- Team-oriented with a focus on guest satisfaction and operational excellence
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
