About the Role:
Join The Fuzion Hair Studio as a Licensed Master Cosmetologist, where creativity meets expertise! We are looking for passionate professionals to deliver exceptional hair services in a welcoming and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality haircuts and styling services for diverse clientele.
- Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs and style preferences.
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and adhere to sanitation standards.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Assist in training junior stylists and barbers on techniques and best practices.
- Promote and sell hair care products to enhance client satisfaction.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive salon culture.
Requirements:
- Valid cosmetology license in the state of Georgia.
- Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in a salon or barbershop setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build client rapport.
- Proficient in a variety of cutting, coloring, and styling techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to ongoing education and improvement.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Demonstrated passion for the beauty industry and helping clients look their best.
- Established book of business preferred.
