ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Insurance and Financial Services Position - State Farm Team Member for Ryan Lukovich - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships in insurance and financial services.
- Consult customers with comprehensive financial planning and insurance options.
- Assist customers with retirement planning, investment management, and insurance needs.
- Stay current with market trends and product offerings.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of experience in insurance and financial services.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Licenses in Property, Casualty, Life and Health insurance for the State of Michigan
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
- I am a second generation State Farm agent.
- We currently have 4 team members at our agency.
- We have 20+ years of combined insurance experience in our office.
