We’re looking for an ambitious and personable professional to join our team as an Insurance Account Representative — a role that blends service excellence with sales performance.
In this dynamic position, you’ll help clients understand and secure the coverage they need while proactively identifying new opportunities to grow your book of business. Whether you're already licensed or ready to pursue your license, we provide the tools and support to help you succeed.

What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the first point of contact for new and existing clients
- Answer policy questions, assist with applications, and support account changes
- Conduct policy reviews and identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional coverage
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships based on trust and professionalism
- Collaborate with agency team members to ensure a seamless client experience
- Track all client communications and follow-ups with accuracy and care
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A natural relationship builder with a service-first mentality and a sales edge
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in customer service, insurance, or sales is a plus

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
