We are a growing, mission-driven organization seeking a Cemetery Sales Manager to lead one of our cemetery locations. This is a high-impact role designed for a strategic thinker with a heart for service and a track record of driving results in a quota-based sales environment.
You’ll be responsible for managing cemetery sales operations, inspiring a small team, and ensuring every family we serve receives compassionate, exceptional care. This is not just a sales job—it’s a leadership opportunity with purpose.
What You’ll Do
Lead and manage all aspects of cemetery sales (pre-need and at-need), merchandise, and services
- Recruit, train, and coach sales professionals and support staff
- Supervise on-site office and grounds operations with a hands-on leadership approach
- Deliver empathetic, solutions-oriented service to families during difficult times
- Monitor and manage budgets, scheduling, performance metrics, and policy compliance
- Drive sales growth while upholding ethical standards and customer trust
What You Bring
- Proven success in a sales leadership role, preferably within the cemetery, funeral, or pre-need industry
- Experience managing a sales team and achieving team-based performance targets
- Strong interpersonal, coaching, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead by example with integrity and professionalism
- Moderate technical skills: email, texting, Excel/Google Sheets, CRM tools, and cloud-based systems
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
Preferred Experience (Not Required)
- Cemetery, funeral, or pre-need sales
- Operations or supervisory experience in a service-oriented industry
Compensation & Benefits
- Total compensation range: $150,000–$210,000+ depending on experience and location
