We’re seeking a driven Account Manager to join our team and be the front line of our agency’s customer care and retention efforts. In this hybrid role, you’ll focus on client satisfaction and support—while also uncovering needs that allow you to recommend products that enhance coverage and deepen relationships.

What You'll Do:

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service and support
Conduct proactive policy reviews and recommend coverage adjustments
Resolve customer issues and inquiries with professionalism and care
Identify opportunities within the current book of business for cross-sell and upsell
Act as a trusted resource for insurance guidance and education
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

What We’re Looking For:

Prior experience in insurance service, sales, or account management (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-first mindset with the confidence to engage in product conversations
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Proven ability to manage client interactions and problem-solve independently
Must be licensed or willing to obtain necessary insurance licenses (we provide support)
