Restoration Technician – Precision-Driven | SERVPRO Team Ridner

As a Restoration Technician, you’ll play a critical role in restoring homes and businesses after damage from water, fire, mold, or storms—bringing properties back to pre-loss condition with unmatched precision.

🔧 What You'll Do:

Assess, mitigate, and restore property damage using SERVPRO systems and standards
Work independently in the field, using proven tools and methods to diagnose and solve problems
Maintain detailed job documentation through our mobile platforms
Ensure work sites are clean, safe, and compliant with restoration protocols
Coordinate as needed with team members, but manage your own schedule and responsibilities

✅ Requirements:

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying environmental conditions
Willing to take on-call shifts as part of a rotating schedule
Comfortable using mobile job tracking tools and digital systems
