Pay Rate: $45 - $55 an hour - Full-time
Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Staff Nurse with OB/GYN experience to support Hospital’s Ambulatory OB-GYN department. The Staff Nurse will provide patient-centered care, support clinical procedures, and collaborate closely with providers and multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct health assessments and document patient histories.
- Perform fetal monitoring and non-stress tests.
- Assist with OB-GYN-specific procedures and direct patient care.
- Administer medications and immunizations.
- Educate and counsel patients on care plans, medications, and follow-up procedures.
- Ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory standards (TJC, DOHSS).
- Respond to emergencies and escalate care as needed.
- Perform fetal monitoring and non-stress tests.

Requirements:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred).
- License: Active RN License in New Jersey.
- Certifications: BLS required. CLC or Ambulatory Care Cert preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years in OB/GYN or Maternal-Child health.
- Ambulatory care/outpatient experience preferred.
- Experience with fetal monitoring and lactation support is a plus.
- License: Active RN License in New Jersey.
- Certifications: BLS required. CLC or Ambulatory Care Cert preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years in OB/GYN or Maternal-Child health.
- Ambulatory care/outpatient experience preferred.
