Childcare Teacher – (Full-Time)
📍 Sacramento, CA (Arden/Arcade Area)
🕒 Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 8-Hour Shifts Between 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
💰 Pay: Based on qualifications and experience | Overtime paid as needed

We’re Hiring: Childcare Teacher
We are looking for a full-time Childcare Teacher to join our team. If you love working with children, value meaningful connections with families, and want to be part of a positive, supportive environment—this is the job for you!
What You'll Do
- Create and implement fun, developmentally appropriate lesson plans
- Foster a warm, nurturing, and structured classroom environment
- Supervise and engage children during learning and play
- Communicate effectively with parents and coworkers
- Use classroom technology for lesson planning and daily reporting
- Serve meals and assist with diapering/toileting
- Follow all childcare licensing and health & safety guidelines
- Help with school pick-ups and drop-offs as needed (company vehicle provided)
Qualifications
✅ Minimum 12 Early Childhood Education (ECE) units (including infant care units for infant room)
✅ At least 1 year of classroom experience in a licensed childcare or preschool setting
✅ Passion for working with children ages 0–3
✅ Familiarity with developmentally appropriate practices
✅ Current CPR and First Aid certification
✅ TB Test and Health Screening clearance
✅ Proof of immunizations: MMR, Tdap, and Influenza (flu can be waived)
✅ Live Scan fingerprint clearance (DOJ, FBI, Child Abuse Index) — no exemptions
✅ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and participate in active play
✅ At least 1 year of classroom experience in a licensed childcare or preschool setting
✅ Passion for working with children ages 0–3
✅ Familiarity with developmentally appropriate practices
