Job Summary:
We are looking for a Residential Painting Subcontractor with a skilled crew to complete exterior and interior residential painting projects on time and with precision. This is a subcontractor role—ideal for an established painting crew or business looking to grow and stay busy year-round. We have a consistent flow of projects and offer competitive pay with potential to earn up to $50,000+ per month depending on your crew size, speed, and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete assigned residential painting projects according to scope, schedule, and quality expectations.
- Prepare surfaces (scraping, sanding, power washing, masking, caulking, priming).
- Apply paint, stain, or coatings using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site.
- Communicate with the project manager and homeowners professionally and clearly.
- Ensure all jobs are completed to company standards and local codes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of residential painting experience (exterior and/or interior).
- Must have your own crew, tools, ladders, and reliable transportation.
- Ability to take on full houses and maintain a fast, high-quality pace.
- Strong English-speaking skills (interviews will be conducted in English).
- Professional appearance and conduct.
- Ability to pass a background check if required.
