Mildred’s Helping Hands is expanding into Home Health Services and is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to support clinical operations, client assessments for our Home Health Agency
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial home assessments and complete OASIS assessments
- Perform client reassessments every 55 days
- Support the development of care plans and compliance documentation
- Participate in survey readiness and agency licensing process as needed
Compensation:
- $30-$40 hourly
Requirements:
- Active RN license in Indiana (minimum of 2 years)
- Experience with home health or willing to train
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with OASIS and state documentation requirements is a plus
