We are a local food distribution company based in inner SE Portland. Our continued growth is requiring us to seek individuals to join us as full-time Delivery Driver/Customer Service/Warehouse Team Members. Experience isn't required; we will train the right individual!
Team Members will:
* Have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. This is a Non-CDL position.
* Be a positive team player with strong communication skills.
* Be able to work early mornings.
* Be able to obtain a DOT Medical card.
* Be able to repetitively lift 50+ pounds.
* Have a Customer Service Attitude and a sense of urgency when needed.
Team Members Responsibilities include:
* Load and Deliver food and various restaurant supplies to our customers in 16' refrigerated box trucks.
* Interacting with Customers in a Professional Manner.
* Pulling and Staging Orders
* Receiving and Stocking Incoming Freight
* Operating a variety of warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
* Showing initiative to start and complete tasks.
* Taking instruction and performing duties with minimal supervision.
This is a full time position with the hours of Monday-Friday day shift starting at 6am.
