We’re looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to lead our multi-platform digital sales operation and drive growth across all channels.

Position Overview:
The E-Commerce Manager will oversee day-to-day operations across Shopify and key marketplaces including eBay, Amazon, Walmart, and MySlabs. This person will manage listings, pricing, and inventory, while also building and maintaining relationships with account managers to unlock growth opportunities, run flash deals, and expand our marketplace reach.

This person will manage listings, pricing, and inventory, while also building and maintaining relationships with account managers to unlock growth opportunities, run flash deals, and expand our marketplace reach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory across Shopify and all major marketplaces
- Build and maintain relationships with account managers at Amazon, Walmart, eBay, etc., to drive visibility and support
- Execute flash sales, product launches, and deal campaigns with urgency and precision
- Monitor marketplace performance and provide weekly reporting on sales, trends, and growth opportunities
- Work with operations to ensure timely order fulfillment and positive customer experiences
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align digital sales with brand and retail strategy
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of e-commerce experience managing Shopify and marketplace platforms (eBay, Amazon, Walmart, etc.)
- Deep understanding of marketplace SEO, pricing strategy, promotions, and policy compliance
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to react quickly to trends and data
- Experience in the trading card, collectibles, or hobby space is highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Must work full-time, in-person at our Neptune, NJ office
