Wireless Zone, a Verizon Premium Retailer, is looking for driven individuals to join our team as Wireless Sales Consultants. About the Role: 
As a Wireless Sales Consultant, you won’t just be working on the sales floor; you’ll be an in-store expert in all things Verizon. You'll proactively reach out to leads, make follow-up calls, and engage walk-in customers to understand their needs and deliver customized wireless solutions. You’ll own your book of business by developing customer relationships, managing your own pipeline, and maximizing every sales opportunity. 

This is a sales-driven position, ideal for someone who is self motivated, is energized by goals, and takes pride in delivering personalized experiences that create loyal customers. 

What You’ll Be Doing: 
  • Drive in-store sales by actively engaging customers and recommending Verizon products and services that meet their needs. 
  • Follow up on phone leads and proactively call customers to create new opportunities and build lasting relationships. 
  • Own your success by creating your own sales strategies and maintaining accountability for your performance. 
  • Maintain a high level of customer experience ensuring each interaction is professional, informative, and memorable. 
  • Maximize sales through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying the right bundle of services for each customer. 
  • Handle all aspects of point-of-sale transactions and ensure store presentation is clean, organized, and inviting. 
  • Stay up to date on the latest wireless technology and promotions to stay competitive and knowledgeable. 
What We’re Looking For: 
  • A motivated self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a sales-focused environment 
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking confidently with new and existing customers 
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships 
  • Competitive mindset with a desire to meet and exceed sales goals 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Adaptable and team-oriented with a willingness to learn 
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends and 30+ hours per week 
  • 1+ year of sales experience, ideally in a customer-facing or commission-based role 
  • Wireless industry knowledge is a strong plus 
Compensation: 
Total Annual Target Pay: $50,000+ (Hourly + Monthly Commission)
