Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Manager , with experience in residential roofing, to oversee and coordinate roofing installation projects throughout Central Florida. The ideal candidate should have leadership skills, experience managing construction crews, and a strong commitment to quality and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and oversee residential roofing projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with customers, crews, suppliers, and inspectors
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Handle permits, inspections, and project documentation
- Resolve problems on site and maintain communication with the customer
- Provide progress reports to management
Requirements:
- Experience in managing roofing or residential construction projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time
- Mastery in reading plans and understanding of scopes of work
- Knowledge of local codes, safety regulations, and permitting processes
- Valid driver's license and own transportation
