BV Building Solutions is seeking a reliable and hard-working entry-level Property Services Laborer to join our team in the Charlotte, NC area. This position plays a critical role in supporting field operations through hands-on tasks such as property trash outs, basic landscaping, material deliveries, and job site assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform trash outs and debris removal at residential properties
- Assist with light landscaping and yard cleanup
- Pick up and deliver materials, tools, or equipment as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Communicate clearly with project managers and field staff
- Follow safety guidelines and company policies at all times
Qualifications:
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to get your hands dirty
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license is required and access to a reliable truck is recommended
- Prior experience in general labor, landscaping, or construction is a plus but not required
Compensation:
- $15–$18 per hour based on experience
