Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive, results-driven Recruiter to join our team and support the full-cycle recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to meet our company’s staffing needs while promoting our employer brand and maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements

  • Develop and post job descriptions across various platforms

  • Source and attract candidates using databases, social media, networking, and other channels

  • Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to evaluate qualifications

  • Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate the hiring process

  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process in collaboration with HR and departmental teams

  • Track key recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source-of-hire)

  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the recruitment process

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition (in-house or agency)

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage multiple open roles and prioritize tasks efficiently

  • High level of professionalism and discretion

  • Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices is a plus

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
