● To attend and participate in marketing events such as competitions and combines, representing D1 with the professionalism expected of a former collegiate competitor.
● To be poised when meeting and interacting with professional athletes; this HSSC must provide the same world-class experience to EVERY SINGLE PERSON who walks in the door, regardless of their current athletic level.

Coach Training Activities & Duties:
You will lead training activities with an emphasis on providing the BEST workout experience. Your duties include: - Demonstrating an expert understanding of D1 programming and how to adapt it for individual athletes, especially those with diverse athletic backgrounds.
- Connecting deeply with members, understanding their specific goals, and leveraging your own journey to inspire them.
- Maximizing client retention through best-in-class service: superior coaching, tailored training, practical nutrition advice, and empathetic accountability.
- Being dedicated to training and improving the lives of D1’s members (Scholastic ages 7-18, Adults, and Teams) by:
○ Exhibiting passion, expertise, high energy, a positive and motivating attitude, strong character, and over-the-top customer service – traits often honed on the playing field.
○ Starting and finishing workouts on time, reflecting collegiate-level discipline.
○ Assessing and aligning each member with the proper program, utilizing your intuitive understanding of athletic development.
○ Building and maintaining authentic relationships with each D1 member, fostering a true team atmosphere.
○ Expertly coaching group workouts, personal training, and teams.
○ Delivering accurate, industry-leading educational advice on strength, speed, and nutrition, grounded in both theory and practical experience.
○ Teaching proper form and technique and prioritizing the safety of all our athletes.

Qualifications:
● Minimum of 1 year of strength & conditioning-related experience in a group or team setting (collegiate athletic experience is highly valued and can contribute significantly to this requirement).
● Has a valid AED/CPR/First Aid certification.
● Has at least one valid Personal Training certification.Has a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or a related field (preferred).
