Affordable Appliance Repair (AAR) is expanding! We’re launching a new appliance sales division and looking for a motivated, customer-focused professional to lead the charge. If you're passionate about delivering great service, skilled at managing logistics and people, and ready to build something new—this role is for you.

Position: Appliance Sales Lead

Location: Phoenix Metro (In-Office/Field-Based)

Compensation: $60,000–$75,000 base salary + % Gross Margin Performance Bonus 

About the Role

In this high-impact leadership role, you’ll be responsible for converting repair service calls into appliance sales, managing inventory and deliveries, overseeing installation teams, and helping us build a customer-first sales division from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

·       Convert 'repair walk' opportunities into new appliance sales
·       Provide quotes and follow up with customers directly
·       Coordinate delivery, installation, and haul-away services
·       Recruit and manage the install and delivery team
·       Work with vendors to select and procure appliances
·       Track sales metrics, gross margin, and conversion rate performance
·       Report on team performance and identify improvement areas

Qualifications

·       3+ years of experience in appliance, retail, or home service sales
·       Customer-first mindset with excellent communication skills
·       Experience with logistics or field staff coordination preferred
·       Able to work independently and hit performance targets
·       Basic skills in spreadsheets and CRM systems
·       Experience hiring and managing field staff a plus

Preferred

·       Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, communications or other relevant majors
·       P&L management experience
·       Sales/distribution experience
·       Deep appliance knowledge

This is a remote position.

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
