Following the opening of our North American office and sustained growth, AB Dynamics, Inc. is seeking to appoint an Inside Sales and Operations Support with a suitable background to support our automotive customer base in North America, to take on administrative support tasks.

Role Overview:
Following the opening of our North American office and sustained growth, AB Dynamics, Inc. is seeking to appoint an Inside Sales and Operations Support with a suitable background to support our automotive customer base in North America, to take on administrative support tasks.
The role offers an exciting opportunity to work with leading automotive clients to demonstrate leading-edge technologies, to assist with a multitude of administrative, clerical and customer service tasks in support of the sales and service departments and our growing North American customer base. The position requires a motivated self-starter to be at the Wixom, MI office each workday.

- Answer calls, greet visitors, assist with meeting arrangements
- Assist with administrative tasks in the office
- Assist with maintaining inventory records, pull parts as necessary to complete customer orders. Initiate restocking orders.
- Assist with all facets of Accounts Receivable
- Assist with Accounts Payable using IFS, verify all invoices against POs for accuracy
- Send order confirmations upon receipt of all customer orders
- Assist with quote creation and reporting
- Assist with Shipping and Receiving of packages, including customs clearance
- Take direction from senior positions to support work activities.
- Assist in logging, tracking and documenting customer orders. Including estimate shipment dates, tracking numbers and proof of deliveries.
- Assist in maintaining files on multiple servers
- Ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with AB Dynamics security policies, guidelines and manuals.
- Positively represent AB Dynamics business through day-to-day behaviour, communication and issue de-escalation with customers.
- Assist with organization and execution of multiple shared email boxes
- Identify opportunities for future business and report these to AB Dynamics Commercial Managers.
- Assist in maintaining proper levels of supplies throughout office and warehouse

- Proficiency and experience using all Microsoft Office platforms
- General knowledge of office management practices and procedures

- Able to manage and prioritize multiple demands
- Typing speed of 40 words per minute (WPM)
- Able to work with colleagues and customers at all levels
- Willingness to take a flexible approach to problem solving
- Good personal presence, pleasant helpful demeanor
- Willingness to assure consistent in-office coverage in conjunction with Operations/Office Manager
- Superior level of organization and attention to detail
- Experience with CRM
