Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to lift and handle up to 50 lbs safely with proper technique
- Must be able to stand, bend, and move throughout scheduled shifts
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and peak business periods
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or event rental industry
- Familiarity with handling inventory or equipment
- Basic use of dollies, hand trucks, or pallet jacks (certification is a plus)
Key Competencies:
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and accuracy

- Detail-oriented and organized
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Good verbal communication and a positive, professional attitude
Responsibilities:
- Load, unload, and organize event rental items (tables, chairs, linens, etc.)
- Clean and inspect equipment before and after use
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and order
- Follow all company safety protocols and procedures at all times
- Participate in basic maintenance and care of tools and equipment
- Assist with deliveries and customer pickups as needed
Compensation: $17.50 per hour
