Responsibilities

- Carefully pack, transport, & inventory personal and business items for restoration
- Clean & restore furniture, electronics and more
- Provide top-notch customer service – reassure and support clients through the restoration process
- Keep detailed records
- Follow health & safety guidelines to ensure a clean and secure workspace
Qualifications
- Detail-oriented and deadline-driven, ensuring precision in every task
- Strong sense of urgency, professional demeanor, and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Solid understanding of customer service principles and best practices
