We're seeking an Account Manager with a strong sales orientation and a passion for making connections. In this role, you'll be the engine behind our agency’s growth—proactively reaching out to prospects, building customer loyalty, and delivering insurance solutions that protect what matters most.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and maintain meaningful customer relationships to drive retention and revenue
- Conduct regular policy reviews and recommend tailored solutions
- Identify sales opportunities through warm and cold leads
- Present and explain insurance products in a clear, confident manner
- Address customer concerns with professionalism and care while maintaining focus on the sales process
Who You Are:
- A natural networker and persuasive communicator
- Sales-focused with a strong drive to exceed targets
- Comfortable initiating conversations and closing deals
- Skilled in customer service, with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Experienced in insurance or account management (preferred but not required)

Licensed in Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance OR willing to obtain licensure (Licensing is required and employment is contingent upon obtaining the necessary license within a specified timeframe)
