Key Responsibilities:

Assist with Dispatch Operations:
Support the planning and coordination of inbound and outbound truck movements.

Schedule Deliveries:
Book delivery appointments and coordinate with drivers and customers to ensure timely arrivals.

Assign Loads:
Help allocate loads to appropriate drivers and trucks based on factors such as route efficiency, distance, and scheduling.

Driver Support:
Maintain real-time communication with drivers to provide assistance and resolve issues as they arise.

Customer Communication:
Provide delivery updates, address inquiries, and resolve concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of dispatched loads and completed deliveries, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
Skills and Qualifications:

Understanding of Trucking Operations:
Familiarity with industry regulations, logistics, and routing practices.

Clear and professional communication with team members, drivers, and customers.

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
