We’re seeking a highly motivated Account Representative to join our team and play a key role in driving growth. In this position, you’ll build strong connections with customers, recommend tailored insurance solutions, and help protect what matters most.
What You'll Do:
- Educate potential and existing customers about insurance products and services
- Guide clients through policy applications, renewals, and service needs
- Respond to inquiries with a focus on creating lasting, trust-based relationships
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions
- Use your sales and service skills to identify coverage gaps and recommend solutions
What We’re Looking For:
- A sales-minded, customer-focused professional with excellent communication skills
- Driven and goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities
- Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Positive attitude and a team-player mentality
Licensing Requirement:
An active Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance license is required for this role. If you are not currently licensed, you must be willing and able to obtain licensure within a designated timeframe. Employment is contingent upon securing proper licensing.
