Position Overview
The Office Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our call center operations, as well as maintaining office records and receiving. This individual will oversee daily workflows, optimize customer service processes, and support the call center team in delivering top-tier service to Fit Fusion members and prospects.
Key Responsibilities
- Call Center Operations Management:
- Supervise and support Call Center Representatives to ensure seamless handling of inbound and outbound calls.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Track key metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and lead conversion rates.
- Process Optimization:
- Identify areas for improvement in call center workflows, CRM utilization, and customer interactions.
- Team Leadership & Training:
- Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
- Issue Resolution:
- Oversee escalations, troubleshoot complex customer concerns, and ensure timely resolutions.
- Scheduling & Resource Allocation:
- Manage staffing schedules to align with peak call times and business needs.
- Cross-Department Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align call center strategies with company goals.
- Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure adherence to company policies, maintain accurate records, and implement best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management or call center supervision.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and call center tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
