About the Role:

We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk/ Office Assistant to join our team at Allstate Insurance Agency - Ami Boal-Bennett in Vancouver, WA. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys interacting with customers, and is looking to grow in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers as they enter the office
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
Assist with processing insurance policy applications and claims
Maintain a tidy and organized office space
Assist agents with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
High school diploma or equivalent

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
