Our mission is to improve people’s well-being and get them back to the life they love through premium Good Feet Arch Supports. We are looking to add a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to our team.

We are seeking a data-driven Inventory Analyst to support centralized inventory planning and replenishment across our network of retail stores. This role will sit in our West Allis, Wisconsin office. This role plays a critical part in ensuring optimal stock levels by analyzing sales trends, forecasting demand, and executing centralized ordering strategies. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in retail inventory management across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze historical sales, current trends, and seasonality to forecast inventory needs across 40+ retail locations.
Create and manage centralized purchase orders to maintain optimal inventory levels at each store location.
Monitor inventory turnover, shrinkage, and in-stock/out-of-stock performance; identify and recommend corrective actions.
Develop dashboards and reports to track inventory KPIs (e.g., weeks of supply, sell-through rate, stockouts, excess inventory).
Collaborate closely with store managers, the finance team, and suppliers to align demand planning and replenishment cycles.
Maintain and optimize inventory management systems to ensure accurate, real-time stock visibility and reporting.
Support new product rollouts by forecasting initial allocation quantities and replenishment strategies.
Conduct regular inventory audits and contribute to continuous improvement of inventory accuracy and processes.

Qualifications:

Ability to work a hybrid schedule in our West Allis, Wisconsin office
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in inventory planning or supply chain analytics, preferably in a multi-store retail environment.
Proficiency with inventory management systems (e.g., ERPLY, NetSuite, SAP, etc.) and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.).
Experience with BI or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) strongly preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially across cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with centralized inventory ordering processes
Familiarity with forecasting models and demand planning tools
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused retail environment
