BeMobile Verizon, a growing organization known for its forward-thinking training and leadership development programs, is seeking a strategic, results-driven, and proactive Inventory Director to lead our Inventory department.

In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing inventory strategies, optimizing supply chain operations, and ensuring that product flow supports the success of our retail locations and corporate office. You'll also shape the direction of the department, lead a team, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and performance.

What You Bring:

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field

👥 2+ years of leadership experience in a management role

📦 3–5+ years of inventory management experience

🔄 Deep understanding of retail logistics, vendor relations, and PO management

📈 Proven track record in demand forecasting, stock optimization, and inventory turnover

🧠 Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on KPIs

📣 Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to engage and influence diverse audiences

🤝 Experience collaborating with supply chain, sales, logistics, and finance teams

⚠️ Ability to identify risks, seize opportunities, and recommend smart, data-driven solutions

Compensation: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
