Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Carpet and upholstery cleaning
- Prepare floors to clean, buff, or refinish them
- Perform buffing and refinishing activities to ensure that designated floors are kept shiny and clean
- Operate floor care equipment such as automatic scrubbers, floor machines, and dry vacuums
- Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors
- Notify building management of any repairs required
- Mix and dispose of all cleaning solutions properly
- Multi surface/Window cleaning
- Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project.
- As an HVAC Duct Cleaning Technician, you provide expert residential duct cleaning services and perform duct inspections before and after service.
- Prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up staging area and equipment for each project.
- Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance.
- Ensure clear two-way communication with crew chief and other technicians (especially regarding customer needs and concerns).
- Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance.
- General cleaning, Coverage for janitorial accounts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred
- High school diploma/GED
- IICRC certifications preferred
- Ability to travel locally and out of state as necessary
- Successfully pass a pre-employment dug screening
- 1+ years' preferred experience in HVAC cleaning
- Effective time management and prioritization skills
- Positive attitude and team player
- Willing to work in various weather conditions
- Detail and service-oriented
- Ability to successfully complete a full background check subject to applicable law
- Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test
- Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Exposure to chemicals
- Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing,
- Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
- Ability to work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces under buildings)
- Repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects
