With 100+ five-star reviews across our brands, we're now looking for an energetic and personable Estimator & Project Manager—also known as a Solutionist—to help even more homeowners and property managers find the right fix for their exterior issues.

This is more than a sales role. You’ll own the job from the first visit through completion — inspecting, estimating, proposing, scheduling, and following up.

We give you leads and systems. You bring drive, attention to detail, and the confidence to guide customers through the process. 

We provide training. We want to hear from you if you are just starting your career (recent high school or college graduates are welcome) or have several years in estimating under your belt. 



🔍 What You'll Do


đŸ§± Assess & Estimate

  • Visit homes and commercial properties to diagnose issues with gutters, fascia, soffits, and siding
  • Take photos and notes to document the problem clearly
  • Use our checklists and estimating tools to build accurate, honest estimates
  • Propose clear options to customers—no jargon, no pressure

🛠 Manage Projects

  • Coordinate with the install team and back office to schedule approved jobs
  • Communicate directly with the customer to confirm timing, scope, and expectations
  • Follow up during and after job completion to ensure quality and satisfaction
  • Monitor key details (materials, timing, job readiness) to avoid delays or confusion

  • Be the trusted face of Stern Exteriors for every customer you meet
  • Attend occasional local networking events to build your own referral network
  • Encourage customer referrals—we reward you when they turn into jobs
  • Represent the company with professionalism, follow-through, and integrity

Prior experience in sales, estimating, project management, or home exteriors is a big plus—but we’re also open to fast learners with the right mindset. We will train energetic folks early in their careers.

We’ll train you on our systems and checklists so you can get up to speed fast. 

Leads are provided—your job is to listen to the customer, assess the issue, and offer the right solution.
