The Role: RN Site Visit Nurse (IHSS Program)
We're seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented RN to support clients on the Medicaid In-Home Support Services (IHSS) program. Your role will include:
- Conducting brief (approx. 1 hour) home visits
- Reviewing and updating client care plans
- Assessing caregiver performance and task proficiency
- Completing a few standardized documentation forms
Training will be provided to ensure you're confident and compliant in your assessments.
Ideal Candidate Has:
- Current Colorado RN License
- At least 2 years of RN experience (any setting)
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication & documentation skills
- Familiarity with IHSS is a plus (but not required)

Compensation: $52.00 per hour
