Job Overview
Cygnus Elite Trucking is seeking professional Company Drivers and Owner-Operators for long-term, dedicated hauling contracts. This position is designed for high-performers who value being home daily but are willing to work select weekends to maximize their earnings. You will be moving essential building and construction materials on local, high-volume routes.
Compensation & Logistics
For Company Drivers:

Earnings: 30% of the truck’s weekly gross revenue.

Revenue Goal: Our dedicated lanes are optimized for a $5,500+ weekly gross, putting your target earnings at $1,650/week.

Schedule: Primarily Monday – Friday, with occasional weekend shifts required to meet high-volume project demands.

Home Time: Home Daily – No OTR or sleeper berths required.
For Owner-Operators:

Revenue Split: 70% of gross load to the Owner-Operator / 30% to Cygnus Elite.

Volume: Consistent, daily freight with a $5,500+ weekly gross target.

Support: Access to discounted fleet insurance and dedicated dispatch to keep your wheels turning.
