We're looking for a dependable and motivated General Service Lube and Tire Technician to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has a strong work ethic, and takes pride in helping customers stay safe on the road. As a General Service Lube and Tire Technician you'll be responsible for performing basic vehicle maintenance and tire services. You'll work closely with our Service Manager and technicians to deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Performing oil changes, fluid checks, and filter replacements
* Inspecting and replenishing automotive fluids
* Mounting, balancing, rotating, and repairing tires
* Maintaining cleanliness of the shop, equipment, and work areas
* Assisting Service Manager and technicians when needed
* Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record
* Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and stand for extended periods
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
* Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn

Compensation: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
Mt. Juliet Tire Center is independently owned and operated by Stacy and Stewart Roberson who are residents in the Mt. Juliet community. In 2005, Stacy had the opportunity to purchase her first Goodyear store and then in 2010 purchased her second location in Mt. Juliet. Stacy has a business background with experience as a Parts Consultant and Facility Consultant for the Saturn Corporation working directly with the dealerships and also as a Corporate Buyer for their Saturn Service Parts division. Over the years we have been very blessed to have wonderful customers and employees who have supported our success and our growth. Our goal as business owners is to provide honest trustworthy service to each of our customers and to also provide them with the necessary information needed to make the right decisions regarding their automotive repair needs.
