What does a Restoration Project Manager with Paul Davis do?

Establish relationships with clients and customers in their time of need.
Develop and maintain relationships with commercial customers.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and subtrades.
Scope and budget mitigation restoration and repairs while maintaining required margins.

Team Qualifications (Requirements):

Scoping.
Budgeting.
Relationship development. Existing relationships in insurance and property management are beneficial.
Sound planning and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Construction project management experience is welcomed if willing to learn a new process. If limited experience but you meet all qualifications, we will invest in your training.

Role on the Team (Job Functions):

Track metrics during bi-weekly GS&R.
Confirm budget and work orders before start of project.
Ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
Build relationships with key customers and clients – direct and B2B.
Seek partnerships to improve performance with vendors and tradesman.

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
