SouthSota One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Lead Installer to join our top-tier team! If you take pride in your craftsmanship, value customer satisfaction, and want to work in a supportive, fast-paced environment — we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

Lead the installation of residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, air exchangers, boilers, and more
Ensure all installs meet code, safety, and quality standards
Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
Train and guide install apprentices as needed
Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience
EPA Certification is required
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Excellent communication and leadership skills
