What You’ll Do
- Respond to water, fire, and mold emergencies in homes and businesses
- Set up drying equipment and remove damaged materials
- Perform cleaning, demolition, and light construction work
- Take photos, fill out mobile reports, and interact with customers
- Be part of an on-call rotation (paid extra) — usually 1 week/month
Top Candidates Will Have:
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for 8+ hours
- A team-oriented, can-do attitude
- Comfort with physical, hands-on, sometimes messy work
- Previous experience in construction, landscaping, moving, or restoration a plus
- IICRC or other certifications are great — but we’re happy to train the right person
