Job Description:
Jani-Core, LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Janitorial Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety across our facilities. The ideal candidate will lead a team of janitorial staff, coordinate cleaning schedules, and maintain quality control to provide a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily janitorial activities, including cleaning, sanitation, and maintenance tasks.
Train, mentor, and evaluate janitorial staff to ensure adherence to company standards and protocols.
Develop and manage cleaning schedules to optimize efficiency and coverage.
Conduct routine inspections to monitor cleanliness, safety, and equipment condition.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed.
Address and resolve any operational issues or staff concerns promptly.
Report on operational performance and submit relevant documentation to management.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in janitorial or facilities management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety protocols.
Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
