Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join a State Farm agent’s team. In this role, you’ll leverage your industry knowledge and customer service expertise to assist clients with their insurance needs, answer questions, and provide tailored solutions. This position offers opportunities for growth and the satisfaction of making a positive difference in people’s lives.

Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Provide outstanding service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and policy needs with professionalism.
  • Use your industry knowledge to assist customers in understanding their insurance coverage, billing inquiries, and policy updates.
  • Show empathy and compassion for customers' unique situations and challenges, ensuring they feel supported and cared for.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely follow-ups to strengthen client relationships.
  • Collaborate with the agent and team to deliver seamless support and solutions.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with kindness, caring, and attention to detail.
  • Use proven systems and processes provided by the agent to exceed customer satisfaction and meet team goals.
Qualifications/Requirements

We’re looking for candidates who possess the following traits, skills, and experience:

  • Industry experience: Previous experience in customer service, insurance, or a related field is required. (2+ years or more preferred) 
  • Licensed preferred: An active insurance license is strongly preferred, though candidates willing to obtain one will be considered. Property & Casualty, Life & Health 
  • Empathetic and compassionate: You genuinely care about people’s well-being and enjoy helping them navigate challenges.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
