Landscape Account Manager-( Mentor, OH)

Due to our current growth, we have a need to hire an additional account manager for our Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, full-service landscaping and snowplowing company is looking to hire an Experienced Account Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships and creating a visibly strong and positive presence for the company. As the Landscape Account Manager, you will be responsible for bringing in profitable new business to the company. You will need to have Landscape experience as well as sales experience. Our account managers will help schedule jobs, run crews, and inspect the work being done.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to sell Company services and follow up with customers on open quotes, work being done. Build the relationship.
  • Work with the crews to ensure the field supervisors and foremen know what needs to be done.
  • Provide accurate quotes that are profitable for the company
  • Take responsibility for the Job Costing on work being done
  • Schedule work in the most efficient manner to save time and maximize profitability.
  • Time-keeping and organizational skills are required to keep things moving.
  • Be actively involved in the inspections of customer properties as well as truck, trailer and equipment inspections
  • Assist with the hiring, training, and retention of employees
Major Performance Goals

  • Strive to meet sales-to-budget goals, repeat customer base goals.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of sales, customer, and contact database information.
  • Develop and work on residential customer retention
  • Join in Management meetings to help strategize the best way to move the company forward.
  • Assist in reviewing and maintaining company equipment, and inform owners of potential new equipment needs.
Required Experience & Knowledge

  • You must have computer skills, Word, Excel, Outlook, and be able to learn new programs.
  • Knowledge and use of Landscaping software
  • Must have great communication skills with both internal customers and external customers. 
  • Must have Landscape sales experience.
  • Must have experience with Skid Steer, Mowers, Loaders, Snowplows and power tools
· Preferred Qualifications 

· High School Diploma

Minimum Experience Requirements

  • 5 Years of Experience in the Lawn Care/Landscape/Snow Removal Industry in account management and sales.
  • 10 years of Experience with working knowledge in the Lawn Care/Landscape/Snow Removal Industry
Salary Range $70,000-$80,000
